Peter worked five years in Bratislava office of a leading international law firm Dentons where he was mainly dealing with cross-border financing and international tax law. He also spent some time in its Warsaw office where he was involved in complex international tax structuring matters and the second cross-border IPO of a Slovak issuer. Peter is the founder and CEO of CARPATHIAN Group, where he specializes in setting up of a financial and legal structures for Slovak and foreign clients.
